     There should be several pieces of silk scarves in every woman's wardrobe. I myself, actually, have a great number of scarves and every time I happen to find a nice piece I would not hesitate to add it to my collection.
When it comes to the history of the silk scarves, well, it is supposed to date beck to the Roman time when it was used to wipe the sweat of the soldiers. Then it gradually became kind of the fashion items to tie around people's necks or waists. In the early seventeenth century, the French turned it into a symbol of one's status, thus both men and women desired the most delicate silk scarves.
Later, the scarves acted as a part of the uniform which did not fade away until now. The most vivid example we should find is the cute scarves around the sailors' necks. Nowadays, the silk scarves seem to be a more versatile accessory which can be seen all around. Women use it to put their hair up, hold it around their necks, waists and even fold their shoulders with the silk scarves as the amice. Besides, not only women but also men like the unique luxury the silk scarves provide.
The long silk scarves can be worn as the shawl by simply wrapping it around your shoulders or as the fantastic fashion accessories for the hair. It is also fashionable to tie the scarves on your bags as an inimitable decoration. What's more, the numerous ways to tie the scarves bring out more fun, so you can give play to your creativity to the fullest to allow the silk scarves compliment you perfectly.
